A deposit of $250 is required at time of booking for stays 6 nights and under (3 night minimum).
A deposit of $500 is required at time of booking for weekly stays.
A deposit of $1,000 is required at time of booking for monthly stays.
If cancelled any time up to 24 days prior to the booked arrival date, your deposit will be returned less a $100 cancellation fee.
If cancelled within the 24 days prior to the arrival date your full deposit will be forfeited.
